How much does it cost to join?
Nothing upfront. We operate on a simple 9% commission model -- you only pay when a customer books through SelamPass. Churches and community organizations can list free events (under 100 attendees free, 100+ attendees $15 one-time flat fee for ticketed events).
What types of businesses can partner?
Ethiopian restaurants, event venues, community organizations, cultural centers, catering services, music and entertainment providers -- any Ethiopian business or organization in the DMV area.
How do I get paid?
Payments are processed weekly. You receive 91% of each booking amount deposited directly to your bank account.
Can I control my availability and pricing?
Absolutely. You have full control over pricing, capacity limits, operating hours, and you can pause or update events anytime from your partner dashboard.
How does booking validation work?
Each booking generates a unique QR code. When the customer arrives, your staff scans it through the partner portal to validate the booking instantly.
What support do you provide?
